Start with the exact platform and account type
Write down the platform and the type of access you need. A personal profile, a business asset, a workspace seat, and a subscription can all sit under the same brand name while offering different capabilities. If the description does not make that distinction, ask before selecting a package.
Read the quantity alongside the price
A low headline price may describe a single account, while a package card may quote a total for 100. Monthly services use another unit entirely. Compare like with like: quantity against quantity, or duration against duration. The selected package and total should appear together in your order inquiry.
Define age without assuming activity
An age band describes a creation period. It does not automatically tell you about posts, followers, connections, or previous use. If any of those attributes are important, list them separately. This prevents the word “aged” from doing more work than the specification actually supports.
Ask about recovery and authorized control
Understand which credentials and recovery details are part of the handoff. If access depends on a workspace owner, invitation, or associated phone number, ask who controls it. Do not assume that logging in once establishes long-term ownership or permission to transfer an account.
Clarify a regional requirement
Country labels can refer to registration, an associated phone number, a profile setting, or service availability. State what you mean. A registration detail does not establish audience location or future performance. Ask for the exact regional attribute to be included in the confirmation.
Agree on timing and the delivery format
A package listing is not a live inventory system. Confirm stock and an expected delivery window before payment. For multiple accounts, ask for a consistent file format. For monthly access, establish when the period begins and what happens at expiry.
Keep the support terms with the order
Ask what issues are covered and how quickly a problem must be reported. Save the agreed specification and use the original thread for any follow-up. When delivery arrives, compare it with that record so a mismatch can be explained clearly and promptly.
